TAKASHI SADA

Our founder, Takashi Sada, fell in love with pasta at age 9, when his father took their family to an Italian restaurant in Osaka. That early experience sparked a lifelong love for food that led him to pursue the restaurant business, and today, to create Unico. A place where Japanese ingredients and techniques blend with Italian pasta to offer something truly special.

Together with his life partner Chika and a talented team, Takashi is committed to offering more than just food—he’s offering an introduction to Japanese culture, one delicious dish at a time. Kanpai and buon appetito!
